What is the return policy?
Aurzart does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. If your instrument has a manufacturing defect or a fault covered by our warranty, contact us at hello@aurzart.com or +91 7338457777. We will arrange a diagnosis and provide the applicable warranty service. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Are any purchases final sale?
All Aurzart purchases are final for change-of-mind or personal-preference returns. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for accidental purchases.
