Parents or legal guardians are responsible for arranging and authorising purchases, enrolments or bookings made on behalf of minors.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Where Aurzart cancels an order after receiving payment, the amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded through an appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, shipping destination, courier operations and other relevant circumstances.

Estimated delivery dates are indicative unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order arrives with visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product, customers should contact us promptly with their order details and relevant photographs where available.

Delivery concerns will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, applicable product policies and consumer protection law.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Replacements

Aurzart generally does not accept returns or provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind after purchasing a product.

Our standard product policy is replacement-based for confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty and replacement conditions.

However, this policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, replacement, repair or other remedy that customers are legally entitled to under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

Order cancellation requests are assessed according to the order's processing and dispatch status, our published Cancellation, Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy, and applicable law.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

8. Product Warranty and After-Sales Service

Eligible Aurzart-branded electronic musical instruments carry a one-year limited warranty covering electronic parts, calculated from the original purchase invoice date, unless a product listing or written warranty document specifies otherwise.

Warranty coverage is generally limited to confirmed manufacturing defects affecting covered electronic components.

Subject to the applicable warranty conditions:

• Customers must provide valid proof of purchase.

• Aurzart may arrange inspection by an appointed technician.

• Approved warranty service may involve replacement of defective electronic components rather than component-level repair.

• Defective components may need to be returned to Aurzart.

• Approved warranty service may be coordinated on-site through appointed technicians across eligible locations in India.

Warranty exclusions generally include accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse and other circumstances specified in the applicable warranty policy.

Replacement components do not automatically restart the original warranty period.

Warranty coverage for third-party brands is governed by the applicable product or manufacturer's warranty terms.

Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.

9. Music Academy Enrolments

Aurzart Music Academy offers music education, including piano, guitar, drums, violin and singing lessons.

Class availability, schedules, instructor assignments, fees and enrolment conditions may vary.

The following conditions apply:

• Enrolment is subject to availability and confirmation by Aurzart.

• Fees and payment schedules will be communicated before enrolment.

• Students are expected to attend classes punctually and follow reasonable academy rules.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for students who are minors, including necessary authorisations and emergency contact information.

• Class schedules may be adjusted when reasonably necessary.

• Any rescheduling, missed-class, cancellation or fee-refund arrangements will be governed by the enrolment terms communicated to the student or parent.

Aurzart may provide training aligned with Trinity College London graded music examinations. Examination registration, fees, assessment and certification remain subject to the examination body's applicable requirements.

Participation in lessons does not guarantee a particular examination result or certification.

10. Practice Rooms, Rehearsal Spaces and Recital Facilities

Aurzart offers practice and rehearsal facilities, which may include:

• Digital piano practice and examination preparation.

• Acoustic and electronic drum practice.

• Jam room and group rehearsals.

• Small music recitals and student performances.

• Karaoke, dance and other suitable rehearsals.

All bookings are subject to availability, prior confirmation and the agreed charges.

Customers using these facilities agree to:

• Follow reasonable safety and facility-use instructions.

• Handle instruments and equipment responsibly.

• Respect the agreed booking duration.

• Avoid activities that may damage equipment or disturb other users.

• Obtain prior approval for changes in the intended use of the facility.

Customers may be responsible for loss or damage caused by their negligence, deliberate misuse or breach of agreed facility rules, subject to applicable law.

Booking fees, cancellation conditions, rescheduling arrangements and any applicable deposits will be communicated before booking confirmation.

The recital facility is an intimate performance space, and seating capacity depends on the agreed arrangement.

11. Free Music Tools and Educational Content

Aurzart may provide free online resources, including a metronome, chord finder, scale finder, music articles and educational materials.

These tools and resources are provided for general educational and musical practice purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain their functionality and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every professional application.

Users should independently verify information where precision is critical.

We may update, improve or discontinue individual free tools from time to time.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Aurzart name, branding, website design, original photographs, text, graphics, educational materials, software and other original content are owned by Aurzart or used under appropriate permissions.

Third-party trademarks, product names, music, images and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may browse and use our website for lawful personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, commercially distribute, republish or exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
