
Receive a refund for any reason, if you return a product within 10 days of your delivery date. However, it should be still in brand new condition with the original packaging and with all items delivered with the product.
MISSING / DAMAGED FEE
For products returned with the following conditions below, a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
o Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
o Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
o Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
o Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
o Tampered / Missing barcode from the product
Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories, like connector cables, or DC power supplies.
The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility. The refunded amount will be transferred, as per RBI rules, within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.
AURZART PRODUCT WILL HAVE 1-3 YEAR WARRANTY (on electronic parts only.)
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
AURZART products have a warranty for a 1-3 year period on electronic parts from the date it was purchased by you from the Aurzart Store (Online/Off-Online) The Warranty does not cover faults that have been caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
For Acoustic pianos, normal maintenance work such as tuning, regulation, and voicing and the results of normal wear and tear are not covered by this Warranty, This Warranty is only valid for pianos in normal domestic use and does not cover strings, felts, or leathers.
The Warranty is void if the ownership is transferred.
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for any reason which is not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will be void.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-15 working day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
